Daily Yoga Practice
Each morning begins in silence, tuning into the breath before we move. We’ll explore a balance of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga traditions—anchoring into strength, fluidity, and rhythm. These sessions are open to all levels with many variation throughout the practice to cater to your amount of experience.
Boat Journey to the Caves
Midweek, we take to the sea. A boat carries us along the Salento coastline where we will take in the beautiful views and explore sea caves; turquoise in color and echoing with ancient silence. You’ll have the option to swim, float, or meditate in the hush of these stone-carved sanctuaries. It’s part pilgrimage, part play.
Tarantella Trance: The Dance of Release
We’ll close the retreat with a celebration— Italian wine, music, and the ancient Southern Italian dance known as Pizzica. Rooted in the tradition of Tarantism, this trance dance was once believed to purge venom and grief through rhythm and movement. We’ll learn it together as ritual, as joy, as medicine.
Unplug to Receive: Stimulation Detox
For the duration of the retreat, we’ll practice technology fasting—phones go away so presence can return. One full day will be held in silence and intermittent fasting, allowing your nervous system to soften and your inner world to speak. Think of it as a cleanse—not just for your body, but for your attention.
Meditation & Stillness Practices
Throughout the week, we’ll dive into guided meditations, yoga nidra, fire and candle gazing, eye gazing, and chanting. You’ll be invited to sit in silence, listen deeply, and return to the place within you that never moves—even when everything else does.
Rebirthing Breathwork
Justus will lead us through a gentle, deeply transformative breathing technique. Rebirthing is a powerful practice to dissolve old emotional patterns and reconnect to presence. One-on-one breath sessions are also available for deeper release and clarity. Come as you are, breathe into who you're becoming.
Mindful Table: Nourishment as Ritual
All meals are vegetarian, local, and seasonal—crafted by our chefs Cristhian and Michael. Each dish is prepared with presence and reverence, meant to nourish body and soul. Some meals will be silent. Others full of stimulating conversation. All will be sacred.
Chosen Family: The Power of Being Together
This retreat is also being in community—a place where strangers become family. Through shared meals, silence, movement, tears and laughter, we’ll remember the quiet power of being together. You don’t have to share anything, but if you do, you’ll be met with presence. Every part of you is welcome here.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This retreat begins the moment you land in southern Italy. We’ll secure group transportation from Bari Airport to our private retreat location—nestled in a quiet, magical corner of Puglia. While flights are not included, everything else is: meals, accommodations, all activities, and transport to and from the airport. Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a space that feels more like a family gathering than a formal program. Expect warmth, connection, and shared transformation. We’ll meditate in vineyards, in the garden, on the roof, and in ancient caves. We’ll eat slowly, together—meals designed to be a meditation in themselves. You’ll sleep in soft, private nooks within a shared, open structure. These cozy lofts don’t have doors, but they offer just enough privacy while keeping us close, present, and in community. Each day is rooted in yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices aligned with the chakras. There will be workshops to help you reconnect with your creativity, envision your future, and reflect on what really matters. One of our days together will be held in complete silence—giving you space to connect with your authentic self without the influence of others. Mornings begin with tea and quiet journaling. Afternoons invite you into artistic expression, nature, community practices, and embodied rest. This is a stimulation detox. A pause from digital noise, from overthinking, from the pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are. You’ll be guided by a team that knows how to hold you through it—with reverence, humor, and deep presence. The land here holds a kind of wild magic. So does the group that’s forming. If you have questions—big or small—please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can call me, text me, or email me directly. I’m happy to talk it through with you. Transformation is waiting—but in a way that’s gentle, nourishing, and utterly human. Our Team.
We come from different corners of the world—Germany, Italy, the U.S.—each with our own path and practice, but somehow, we found each other exactly when we needed to. What began as chance meetings has unfolded into a team rooted in trust, alignment, and a shared love for deep, meaningful work. We’ve led retreats, held ceremonies, cooked healing meals, and walked through our own transformations—and now we get to offer that to you, together. There’s something unspoken between us, something you’ll feel when you arrive. It’s rare. And we can’t wait to share it.
