GROUP CLASSES

Group classes offer clients a space for rejuvenation, not only through the practice itself but via community building. This is a key pillar for my practice. Feeling a sense of support and familiarity encourages a playful and courageous environment, where people are more likely to sink into the experience and push themselves towards growth.

I offer a range of group class experiences suitable for every need and schedule. Please see the options below for more information.

IN PERSON CLASSES

In these classes, the practice begins before the actual yoga sequence with tea and talking. Participants share a group check in to aid in setting the intention for their practice but also strengthen community understanding. We practice a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, typically accompanied by guest musicians or a healing sound bath. Afterwards, the class is invited to stick around to commune over a casual glass of wine or snacks.

ZOOM CLASSES

These classes are ideal for those with full schedules or who desire more privacy than a large in-person group. Participants share during the standard check-in, flow into the yoga practice, and often stay online afterwards to meet new friends and catch-up old ones.

Tueday Night Yoga

Brooklyn, New York

This is not your regular yoga class. This is a community meeting. Most of us arrived through a friend or a friend of a friend. Many of us became family. We hang out, drink tea, talk about how we feel, practice yoga, meditate, and then spend time with eachother for sometimes even hours. Some of us have made our best friends through this group and have received an incredible amount of support if we've asked for it.

This class is beginner friendly, some nights you'll be more physically challenged than others, but the main objective is self awareness
