RETREATS
When you step away from the noise and into one of these retreats, something quiet begins to rearrange inside you. The way you listen. The way you breathe. The way you carry yourself through the day.
This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering who you truly are. These retreats create space to return to your own rhythm, your own clarity. Through movement, stillness, silence, nature, and shared meals, something begins to soften. You begin to recognize yourself again.
In the middle of all that, you also find your people. Strangers become mirrors. Meals feel like family dinners. Laughter happens in the middle of tears. And it all starts to feel—surprisingly—like home.
You might leave with a stronger body. A steadier mind. A journal full of quiet truths and new connections. But more than anything, you leave with a deeper sense of belonging both within yourself, and within something bigger than yourself.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hello, I’m Brigitte. I can proudly say that these retreats have been the seeds of many friendships, life changing epiphanies, and a lot of fun. Sometimes the groups are full of people I’ve known for a long time, sometimes they are full of people who have never met. But, they are all mini utopias where we live together, play together, and learn together. I’d love to get to know you more so I can meet you exactly where you are and be able to help you on your path, wherever that path is going. Sometimes we don't know exactly what we need—or the questions we need to ask. We probably won't find all the answers together, but in the safety of each other, we often find the questions. At the very least we will eat well, laugh, and maybe cry. I’m looking for people who are aligned with my energy; I know if you are seeking me, I am likely seeking you. If this is your moment to take the time and energy to go on this adventure, I believe that in the very core of your being—you will know.

FOOD
The ayurvedic diet is one of my staple methods for providing rejuvenation and internal peace for participants. Ayurveda is a form of holistic medicine from India that focuses on promoting balance between your body and mind. The ayurvedic diet balances those energies. Meals are cooked and eaten together, a time for bonding and community. Sometimes when we travel, invite in new and exciting chefs, we explore cuisines outside of this standard. However, the food is always vegetarian, always fresh, and as locally sourced as possible.
YOGA
We practice yoga as a group twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Included within the yoga practice is a meditation routine. Participants meditate three times a day, morning, midday, and evening. I teach meditation in two different ways. The first is pointed meditation, where you concentrate on something specific. The other is mindfulness meditation, where you strive to focus on what's happening in the present moment.

LECTURES
Group conversation and study is one of the main ways I like to give people a mental reprieve and a chance to change perspectives. Lectures focus mainly on the spiritual literature and major texts of yoga philosophy. The group studies aspects of the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, Tao de Ching, the Yoga Sutras. Every philosophy that I was taught and still study.
ACTIVITIES
Spending time in the natural world is essential to mentally checking in with yourself and taking a much needed break from the pressures and distractions of everyday life. As a group we go on silent walks in the woods together, cook together, make campfires. I also conduct mindfulness activities from different yoga philosophies designed to bring full attention to the beautiful physical and mental experiences of life.
