ONE-ON-ONE
One-on-one sessions are ideal for clients that want a little bit more personal attention and privacy for their practice. My personal teaching philosophy revolves around the overall benefits yoga can bring to the body and mind. The things we practice on that mat can then make their way out into the world. During my one-on-one sessions with clients we discuss what they might need emotionally, mentally, and physically. Talking through their goals allows me to design the practice to meet their needs.
