Daily Yoga Practice: Somatic Release, Self Touch, and Flow

Morning yoga classes combine somatic techniques, gentle flow, and self-touch to help you release stored tension and reconnect to your body. These sessions support emotional release and physical grounding, setting the tone for the rest of the day’s work.

Cacao Ceremony: Colombian Cacao for Opening the Heart and Forgiving Old Patterns

Using high-quality ceremonial cacao from Colombia, this guided session supports emotional release, forgiveness, and heart opening. It’s an opportunity to connect with others and with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way. The effect of cacao on the body and mind promotes deep and rapid change.

Creative Movement and Art: Ecstatic Dance and Art Healing

These sessions offer space to move freely and express yourself through art and movement. Both practices encourage release, creativity, and self-discovery. No experience is needed — just openness and curiosity. Expect to laugh, feel vulnerable, and enjoy letting your guard down.

Healing and Inspiring Activities by Other Guides

Guest facilitators will offer additional sessions such as sound healing, reiki, movement, or creative expression. Each activity is designed to support healing, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of yourself. 

Meditation and
Breathing Practicing for Energizing the Body and Calming the Mind

You’ll learn breathing techniques and guided meditations designed to calm the nervous system and awaken focus. These practices help you manage energy, balance emotion, and approach manifestation with clarity. Connect with eye gazing, fire gazing, chanting, yoga nidra, and other techniques.

Becoming "You": Law of Attraction Excercises for The You That You are Becoming in 2026

These workshops explore how mindset, emotion, and energy shape your reality. Through journaling, visualization, and guided discussion, you’ll identify limiting beliefs and practice aligning with the version of yourself you want to embody in 2026. We have clear goals and methods for accountability so this isn't another year of inspiration with no follow-through.

Mindful Table: Nourishment as Ritual

Meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients and served with intention. You’ll experience food as both nourishment and grounding, with a focus on slowing down and being present with what you eat and HOW you eat. Community around the table will nourish you just as much as the nutrients from the healthy vegetarian food.

Chosen Family: The Power of Being Together

This retreat is also being in community—a place where strangers become family. Through shared meals, silence, movement, tears and laughter, we’ll remember the quiet power of being together. You don’t have to share anything, but if you do, you’ll be met with presence. Every part of you is welcome here.

This retreat begins the moment you arrive at The Outlier Inn in New York’s Hudson Valley. Just a short trip from the city, it’s tucked between open fields, pine forests, and quiet sky — the perfect setting to reset and begin the year with clear intention. Everything is included once you arrive: nourishing meals, shared accommodations, workshops, yoga, meditation, and access to the sauna, fire pit, and open outdoor spaces. The property has a cozy, creative feel — a mix of farmhouse charm, artist studios, and natural beauty. It’s not a hotel stay. It’s a gathering of people ready to start the year awake. You’ll spend four days reconnecting to yourself, releasing the energy of the past year, and intentionally calling in what’s next. We’ll practice yoga and meditation each morning, journal by the fire, move through breath and sound, and learn tools to help you work with the Law of Attraction in practical, embodied ways. Evenings may include cacao, movement, sound healing, or shared conversation. Each day is designed to help you see your patterns more clearly, soften what holds you back, and align your energy with the life you want to create in 2026. Meals are prepared with care by a private chef using local ingredients. We’ll share them together, slowly, as part of the practice of being present. Accommodations are simple and comfortable — a chance to unplug, breathe, and return to what’s real. The group will be small, intentional, and open-hearted. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you’ll find yourself surrounded by people who are also ready to begin the year differently — people who value growth, connection, and meaning. Sample Daily Schedule (subject to small changes depending on weather and group flow) 7:30 AM – Morning meditation and tea 8:00 AM – Yoga practice (somatic release, flow, and breath) 9:30 AM – Breakfast 11:00 AM – Guided workshop or activity (manifestation exercises, journaling, creative movement, group conversation) 1:30 PM – Lunch and rest 3:00 PM – Optional sauna, nature walk, or private reflection 5:00 PM – Evening session (cacao, sound, movement, or guest-led healing practice) 7:00 PM – Dinner 8:30 PM – Fire circle or community reflection
